The B2X project develops, validates, and generalises an AI-based tool for technical sales for deburring tools from Boeck as an industry partner. The AI-based configurator formalizes customer requirements and translates them into reliable, transparent recommendations for suitable deburring tools.
Designed in line with existing style guidelines, the user interface is built to be integrated seamlessly into the existing website, preserving a consistent look and feel with the established user experience.
It supportes two complementary paths for determining the required tool parameters: manual parametrization within the configurator, or camera-based input using image recognition. This gives users the flexibility to either define their requirements directly or capture workpiece information visually, letting the system derive the relevant parameters automatically.
